All products remain our property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. SHIPPING

We currently offer delivery to European Union and the USA.

All European & US orders are delivered by EMS Datapost courier. You will receive your purchase in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.
The shipping cost within EU: €12. For the US: €18.
All shipping costs for international orders over 250 EUR are free of charge.

All orders within Cyprus are handled by ACS courier. You will receive your purchase in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. The shipping cost is €3. For orders over 100 EUR it’s free of charge.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 7pm. Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

RETURNS

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused and unaltered condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees arenot refundable.
