SHIPPING

We currently offer delivery to the European Union and the USA. All European and US orders are shipped via UPS & DHL courier, with delivery expected within 3- 7 business days after processing. The shipping cost is €20 within the EU and €25 to the USA (US taxes not included). Orders over €250 qualify for free international shipping.

For orders within Cyprus, ACS courier handles delivery, which takes 1-3 business days after processing. The shipping cost is €3, and orders over €100 ship for free.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Local charges, including sales tax and customs duties, may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS

To start a return, please contact hello@IoannaKodjapashi.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. Returns of worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted. Final Sale items are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Once processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
